Hospital Death – When a family member dies in a hospital, questions may still need to be answered. Did something to wrong with treatment? Did a medical mishap or medication error occur? Unfortunately, many hospitals can not provide the service in-house, which leaves a gap in obtaining the necessary information for grieving families. Autopsy results can assist treating physicians with the necessary information to accurately certify the death or to help evaluate the quality of their patient care plans. PathCare, PLLC offers complete, partial or limited autopsy services at an competitive price with compassionate and professional approach.

CALL TO SCHEDULE AN EXAMINATION, DON’T DELAY!

Non-Hospital Death – When a family member dies outside of a hospital and the local law enforcement agency rules out any suspicious circumstances; the death is customarily considered an “unattended” death by law enforcement. Since the death is “believed-to-be” natural, but from unknown causes, the death will not automatically fit the criteria for an autopsy and will in most cases be declined as a case by the local Medical Examiner or Coroners office. Primary care physicians are left with the difficult task of determining the cause of death based on nothing more than a mere “best guess” approach. At PathCare, PLLC we eliminate the need to guess. Our pathologists will provide the most accurate cause of death for inquiring families.
